Giving children the opportunity to get regular exercise in a safe environment has many documented benefits for their health, happiness and development. Equally as important is making exercise fun, which, as we all know, is vital to keeping young children interested !!
“Do you want to get your own “pocket dynamos” away from those TV’s, computers and games consoles and channel all that unspent energy into getting fit and having fun? Then join me in getting them active !”
Class Sessions include activities such as Mini Combat, Mini Circuits and even Fun & Games, classes are split into two groups… ages 4-7 years old and ages 8-11 years old and will be held over a 8 week block per Session that build on fun, skill, development and fitness.
